Head to Grove Park in Rehoboth Beach for the Cape Gazette's 36th Firecracker 5K, a historic summer racing tradition hosted by the Seashore Striders and serving as the 7th event in their championship series. You can choose between a 5K run or walk starting at 7:30 AM, with a separate Kids Tot Trot for children 8 and under running 200 meters at 7:25 AM, and all proceeds benefit the Cape Gazette Charitable Foundation. Registration is $30 for early bird entries (through June 21st) or $35 for pre-registration starting June 22nd.
