Head to Grove Park in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware at 7:30 am on race day to join the Seashore Striders for their 36th annual Last Blast Prediction 5K run/walk event. You can register online through RunSignUp or by mail, with early bird pricing of $30 available through August 23rd, pre-race registration at $35 through September 4th, or race day registration for $40 starting at 6:30 am. The race will also feature the presentation of Seashore Strider Summer Race Series awards, and t-shirts are guaranteed for registrations processed by August 31st.
