Head to scenic Bowers Beach on June 15th with Seashore Striders for this special 5K that honors Ryan Andrew Lambert while raising funds for Vietnam Veteran programs and suicide awareness initiatives. The quick, flat 3.11-mile out-and-back route welcomes both runners and walkers, starting at 9:00am (with a kids' 100-meter dash at 8:45am), and you'll get a race shirt, post-race food and entertainment, plus a chance to compete for age group awards.
