Get ready to support Rehoboth Beach's lifeguards at this early-morning 5K run/walk hosted by the Seashore Striders! The race kicks off at 7:00 am from the Bandstand/Boardwalk at 1 Rehoboth Ave to beat the August heat and allow guards to report for duty by 9 am. Registration costs $30 for early birds (through August 2nd), $35 for standard pre-registration (August 3-14), or $40 on race day starting at 6:00 am.
