Head to Cape Henlopen High School in Lewes, Delaware for this year's edition of a beloved community event hosted by the Seashore Striders, featuring a fast and flat 5K route that takes you across campus terrain including track, roads, and grass, with an early 7:30 am start time. Little ones can join in for free with Kids 6/7 races starting around 8:45-9:00 am (no sign-up required), while adult registration runs $30 if you sign up early through May 24, $35 for late pre-registration through June 6, or $40 on race day. All proceeds support the Bill Degnan Scholarship, which helps Cape Henlopen High School track and field athletes.
