This legendary East Coast relay kicks off Friday morning in Lancaster, NH and winds its way to Hampton Beach by Saturday, taking runners through approximately 200 miles split into 36 legs of 3-10 miles each. You'll run about 15-20 miles total while your teammates cheer you on, and all you need to contribute is $100 (WCRC covers the rest of the $175 entry fee).
