Located in Saint Charles, MO's New Town area, this Midwest favorite offers a fast, flat course perfect for racers looking to push hard or newcomers testing out the sport. You'll choose between a Long Course (0.62-mile swim, 20-mile bike, 4-mile run) or Sprint Course (0.3-mile swim, 17-mile bike, 2-mile run), with the Kids' Triathlon and expo on Saturday, July 11th and the main race on Sunday, July 12th, 2026.
