Join this Western NH Trail Running Series event at Newport High School where you'll navigate either 6 or 3 miles of authentic New Hampshire trails complete with hills, woods, and rocky terrain. Register online by June 11, 2026, or sign up race day from 7:30–8:45 AM (free for under 15, $25 for ages 15–19, $30 for adults 20+), with the race starting at 9:00 AM and age group winners receiving pure NH maple syrup as their prize. Your registration fee goes toward supporting the Newport Recreation Department and Newport Town Forest trails, and you're welcome to bring well-behaved dogs to the event (though they'll need to stay off the course during the race).
