Head to Lionshead Beach at Innsbrook Resort in Wright City, MO on July 22 from 5:30–7:00 PM for the third session of this welcoming open water swim series led by Coach Sally Drake and MSE Racing. Whether you're just starting out or already comfortable in the lake, you can drop in whenever works for you and stay for as little or as long as you'd like. Coach Sally will kick things off with an optional beginner clinic covering essential open water techniques like sighting and managing panic, followed by free practice time in the water at whatever pace feels right for you.
