Whether you're a beginner or experienced swimmer, you'll benefit from Coach Sally's optional 5:30 PM clinic covering skills like sighting and triathlon starts, followed by self-paced swimming with buoy markers, personal swim buoys, lifeguard coverage, and "angel swimmer" volunteers ready to buddy up with newcomers. It's a supportive, pressure-free community designed to help you build confidence in open water at your own pace.
