Join this beginner-friendly series celebrating 30 years in 2026, held on four Tuesday evenings (May 12th, 19th, June 2nd, and 9th) at Fellows Lake Recreation Area in Springfield, MO, with races kicking off at 6:00 p.m. Each event features varying run distances (1-2 miles) paired with an 11-mile bike course, and you can compete individually or as part of a relay team.
