For over 16 years, the Maury County Fair and Knights of Columbus have championed support for special needs youth and young adults through My Day at the Fair, which brought together more than 1,200 participants and caregivers in 2025. The 2nd Annual My Day 5K and 1 Mile Trot honors William "Will" Spiess and furthers this inclusive mission, with proceeds benefiting local nonprofits including Kings Daughters School, Maury County Special Olympics, and Best Buddies of Tennessee. Packet pickup and registration are available Friday, September 4th from 4 to 7 p.m. at St Catherine of Siena Church in Columbia.
