Since 2011, this Denham Springs 5K has celebrated the community values of Pride, Character, and Tradition, featuring a one-mile fun run on the track followed by the main 5K race that loops around campus and through nearby neighborhoods before finishing back on the track. On Saturday, August 15, 2026 at 6:45 AM, you'll enjoy a brief opening ceremony, post-race refreshments, and prizes, plus a guaranteed t-shirt if you register by midnight on August 10th. Strollers are welcome (just leave the pets at home!), and walkers and stroller participants will start toward the back of the pack, with all proceeds supporting the Live Oak High School Cross Country Teams.
