Get ready to lace up for a nighttime trail experience in Knoxville's Urban Wilderness South Loop! You can choose between a 6-mile adult race (starting at 9:00 pm) or a shorter kids mile (starting at 8:30 pm), both departing from Anderson-South Head Start on Prospect Road and following the well-marked Lost Chromosome and Helix Trails. Don't forget to bring a headlamp or flashlight since most of the course runs unlit, though the kids' route is shorter and less dark than the adult version.
