Back in 1992, Trailnet acquired a 6.2-mile section of abandoned Union Pacific Railroad and transformed it into a multi-use trail—part of the nationwide rails-to-trails movement—even taking their fight all the way to the Supreme Court. The trail has since grown into a thriving network thanks to collaboration between Trailnet, Great Rivers Greenway, and St. Louis County, and you'll celebrate afterward with a craft beer from Perennial Artisan Ales!
