Hosted by Forest Park Forever and Big River Running, this annual 5K and Kids Dash event is Saint Louis's exclusive race that gives back directly to Forest Park. If you can't make it to the park on race day, you can still join as a virtual runner and receive a special 2026 t-shirt to show your Forest Park support. The in-person race kicks off near the Dennis & Judith Jones Visitor and Education Center, with results available afterward at www.forestparkforever.org/5K.
