Lace up for this brand new 5K run/walk celebrating EMS Week on May 17th at 9:30 AM in La Crosse, WI—a free, family-friendly outing perfect for all fitness levels with room for 150 participants. You'll cruise through the scenic La Crosse Marsh Trails on a mostly flat 3.1-mile route that starts at the north end of Riverside Park, winds along the Vietnam Veterans Trail to Willow Trail, and loops back, with packet pickup beginning at 7:00 AM. Every finisher earns a medal and gets to enjoy post-race snacks, plus you'll find parking available both on-site and on nearby streets.
