Join the Running on Empty St. Jude Heroes Team in Milan, TN for this fundraiser 5K on the paved trail at Milan City Park, with registration opening at 7AM, a 1-mile walk/run option at 7:30AM, and the main race starting at 8AM. All race proceeds go directly to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and participants can compete for overall winners, masters (40+), and grandmasters (50+) awards, plus medals for the top 3 finishers in each age group and all walkers.
