Head to Big Ridge State Park in Maynardville, TN on Highway 61 for an exciting trail running adventure with three distance options: an 11-mile course featuring tough hills and demanding terrain, a 5-mile route, or a 1-mile kids' option (starting at 1:30 pm, with the other races at 2:00 pm). You'll need to maintain at least an 18:00/mile pace to complete the race, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult for the longer distances, and remember to bring your own water and any medications you need.
