Club South Runners invites you to tackle The Freedom Mile, a point-to-point race series featuring multiple 1-mile distances plus a parent-child ½-mile fun run, all concluding at the Old State Capitol in Baton Rouge. Staggered start times begin at 7:00 am with onsite registration and packet pickup, with divisions for masters, youth, open women, and open men, while a convenient shuttle bus returns runners to the start after each mile race. Winners across all categories earn awards, including overall champions, age-group placements (3 deep in divisions ranging from under 15 to 70+), and certificates for all fun run participants.
