Join the 4th Annual Butts & Guts 5K on Saturday, August 15, 2026, in New Orleans, where you'll run a flat, fast course through the scenic oaks of Audubon Park while supporting the GIANT LEAP Foundation and The Roots of Music. The race kicks off with packet pickup at 7:30 AM and the 5K start at 8:30 AM from Audubon Park Shelter 10, followed by an awards ceremony at 9:30 AM and post-race refreshments. Participants receive a race T-shirt, finisher's medal, and the satisfaction of helping organizations that make a real difference in children's lives throughout New Orleans.
