Head to Sturgeon, MO for this friendly cross country event where young runners tackle distances based on their grade level: kindergarteners through 3rd graders run 800 meters, 4th and 5th graders cover 1600 meters, and 6th through 8th graders compete in the 2000 meter race (with grades determined by what students will enter in the upcoming school year). Every K-3rd grade finisher earns a ribbon, while the top three boys and girls in both the 1600m and 2000m races take home medals.
