Head to Hendersonville, TN on Saturday, August 8, 2026 at 7 am for this long-running triathlon designed just for kids! You'll compete in one of two age groups—Juniors (ages 6-10) tackle a 50-yard swim, 2-mile bike, and 1-mile run, while Seniors (ages 11-15) take on a 100-yard swim, 4-mile bike, and 2-mile run. Keep in mind that USA Triathlon rules determine your division based on your age as of December 31st of race year, and remember that training wheels aren't permitted on the bike course.
