Heading to Rumney this August? Join the 12th annual Stinson Lake 5K Run/Walk, an in-person event supporting the Stinson Lake Association's Lake Host Program in its mission to protect the lake from invasive aquatic species. Starting at 9 a.m. on Saturday, August 15th at White Mountain Ranch beach, you'll run or walk 3.1 miles on a mostly paved out-and-back course along Stinson Lake Road, with spots limited to 200 participants—so register early! While there's no virtual option this year, those unable to attend can still support the cause through donations or by purchasing a race shirt.
