This youth triathlon in Nolensville, TN features three age divisions (5-7, 8-11, and 12-15) with progressively longer swim, bike, and run segments, all following USAT rules—swimmers will start at staggered intervals without flotation devices while lifeguards supervise, and bikers and runners complete their portions independently with volunteer support along the courses. Every participant receives a medal, race shirt (if registered early), swag bag, and post-race refreshments, plus the top three finishers in each age group and gender earn awards. Financial assistance is available to ensure all interested kids can join in the fun!
