You can choose between a duathlon (1.5-mile run, 11-mile bike with 2 laps, 5K run) or triathlon options in short course (500-meter swim, 11-mile bike with 2 laps, 5K run) or long course (1,000-meter swim, 18.8-mile bike with 4 laps, 10K run)—all featuring mostly flat, out-and-back running courses. Gates open at 5:00am with transition and body marking at 5:15am, swim warmup at 6:15am, and park gates closing at 6:30am.
