Louisiana's only women-exclusive sprint triathlon and duathlon brings together female athletes of all ages and fitness levels to celebrate the competitor in every woman. The triathlon features a 100-meter pool swim, 12-mile bike ride along River Road, and 2-mile run through Pointe Marie, while the duathlon swaps the swim for an opening 1-mile run before the same bike and run segments. This USAT-sanctioned event operates with no refunds, deferrals, or transfers, and the race director reserves the right to cancel or modify based on weather or safety concerns.
