Kicking off triathlon season in May 2026, this inaugural spring event in Spencer, TN brings the same great vibes as the beloved August race at this scenic state park, featuring a 500-meter swim from the dock, a 14-mile out-and-back bike ride, and a 5K run across the dam and paved trails. You can grab your packet Friday evening (5-6:30pm) or Saturday morning (6-7:30am), with transitions closing at 7:45am, and the first 100 racers will snag a Bald Eagle Events Kooler Bag plus a race shirt. Awards are up for grabs across overall winners, multiple age groups, Clydesdale and Athena divisions, and relay teams.
