Both the Xterra TR150 treadmill and the Weslo Cadence G 5.9 treadmill are economy-class, small-sized treadmills that are perfect for people who are seeking to save space, save money, or don’t need extra features to enhance their workouts.
Both machines are better suited for fitness walking or light jogging. Runners who are doing intense speed, incline, or interval training would probably not find either of these machines appropriate for their fitness routines.
