Tulsa Area Triathlete members are invited to their first Open Water Swim on Tuesday, May 26th at Keystone Lake Shelter 2 in Sand Springs, running from 6:00-7:30pm with kayak support (non-members can join by signing up for membership). You'll need a swim buoy to participate—RunnersWorld Tulsa carries them with a 10% member discount—and can swim along the shoreline if you're not ready for deeper water, making it perfect for beginners. A day-use fee is required at the office, and volunteers with kayaks or paddle boards are welcome to help keep swimmers safe!
