Head to Turkey Mountain Urban Wilderness Area's new West Trailhead & Parking in Tulsa, OK to choose between a 5K starting at 7:30 am or a 1-mile run at 8:30 am—both are timed and award finisher medals, so you can race both and earn two medals if you'd like! Trail Nut is the second race in the "Turkey Triple," a year-long trail racing series featuring Trail Madness in March and Escape from Turkey Mountain (with 5 and 2-mile options) in September, where runners who complete all three events earn a special bonus medal. While the full 2026 Turkey Triple series is currently sold out, you can still register for individual races or combine multiple races when signing up.
