Join this fun hybrid 5k run/walk at Ada Hayden Park in Ames on July 4th to support Friendship Ark Homes & Community Services, which empowers adults with intellectual disabilities through homes, community services, and a foundation of faith, family, and friendship. Every registration includes a race t-shirt (guaranteed sizing for entries by 6/12/26), and you'll start at 8:00 a.m. with the option to pick up packets early on July 2nd or on race morning beginning at 7 a.m. Don't forget to dress patriotically—there's a special prize for the most festive participant!
