# TALI Croft State Park Off-Road Duathlon

Test your skills at this exciting off-road duathlon in Spartanburg where you'll tackle trail running, mountain biking, and more running across the scenic grounds of Croft State Park. The Adult division features a challenging 3.5-mile trail run through horse country, followed by two loops of technical mountain bike riding (~10 miles total) complete with climbs, drops, and water crossings, then finishes with a 1.5-mile wooded trail run. Youth and High School participants enjoy scaled-down versions of the course tailored to their experience levels.
