Lace up for a welcoming 5K wellness experience hosted by the South Charleston Chamber of Commerce in its 12th year, taking place Saturday, May 30, 2026, with a nice flat course through downtown South Charleston that begins and ends at Oakes Field. Registration opens at 8:00am, runners take off at 9am, and walkers start shortly after. Arrive early to get checked in and enjoy this friendly community event!
