Get ready to experience a unique running adventure on a scenic private farm in Slatyfork, WV, where you'll complete roughly three laps around beautiful meadowland while tackling a fun 5K distance combined with fitness challenges. Along the way, you'll tie a trucker-hitch knot at a provided hitching post during your first lap, then power through a total of 25 jumping jacks spread across your second and third laps (15 on lap two, 10 on lap three). Best of all, this rain-or-shine community event is completely free with no entry fee and focuses purely on the joy of running and friendly competition rather than prizes.
