This summer training camp in Florence, Alabama welcomes middle and high school cross country runners of all levels to train together from July 6-10, 2026. You'll work with University of Tennessee Southern coaches in groups matched to your experience level during two-hour morning sessions at McFarland Park, plus you'll score a special discount to race in the Freedom 5K hosted by the university. The camp is open to all 7th-12th graders planning to run cross country in Fall 2026.
