Head to Regional Park Trail in Midwest City to participate in this fun 5k event where you can walk, run, or roll while supporting Mid-Del Group Home, an organization dedicated to helping individuals with developmental disabilities achieve independence and integration. The 6th annual fundraiser kicks off at 8:00 am for the 5k and 8:05 am for the 1-mile fun run, with all proceeds going directly to the group home's vital services and programs. The trailhead is conveniently located at 1540 Republic Circle, right next to the Mid-Del Group Home Workshop.
