Head to Oswegatchie Hills Nature Preserve in Niantic, CT for the 5th Annual Run for the Hills, a 5K trail event that loops around Clark Pond with stunning natural scenery, and know that your entry fee goes straight toward preserving this beautiful preserve for years to come. Whether you're a runner or hiker, you're welcome to participate, and you'll stick around afterward for an awards ceremony and refreshments at the preserve starting at 10:30 AM. Registration opens at 8:00 AM with the race kicking off at 9:00 AM, with entry fees of $25 (through August 16th), $30 online, or $35 day-of.
