Head to FirstPark in Oakland on Sunday, April 26th, 2026 at 9:00 am for the 15th annual One in Five 5K, presented by the Sexual Assault Crisis & Support Center as a show of solidarity against sexual assault during Awareness Month. Whether you run, walk, bring your leashed pup, or push a stroller, this welcoming event is open to all fitness levels, and you can also participate virtually (registration open through May 10th). Every dollar raised supports the center's vital services, including their 24-hour helpline (1-800-871-7741), support groups, legal advocacy, prevention education, and a Children's Advocacy Center serving Kennebec and Somerset counties.
