Join this free 5K run/walk on June 13th at 8 AM in Montgomery, AL, where you'll loop around Buddy Watson Park while enjoying color splashes at various stations along the way. Hosted by Move Montgomery's First Lady Tamika Reed at Emory Folmar YMCA Soccer Complex, this event celebrates wellness and healthy living at your own pace. The first 600 participants will get a race shirt, and you're welcome to donate to the Heart of Alabama Food Bank to support their food insecurity efforts—with shirt pick-up on Friday, June 12th (2-5 PM) or race morning starting at 7 AM.
