Head to Diamond Lake Resort in Owensboro, KY for MentorKids Kentucky's annual obstacle course adventure! Choose your challenge: tackle a 5K with 28 obstacles (water crossings, barbed wire, rope climbs, mud, and more) in Elite or Ultimate categories, go for a scenic 5K or 10K trail run without obstacles, or test yourself with the XTreme 10K combining trail running and obstacle coursing. All finishers earn a medal and t-shirt, with additional awards for top male and female Elite and Ultimate competitors plus the winning team, plus family-friendly options like Rugged Kids (ages 8-13) and Rugged Rascals (ages 4-7).
