Join us in Florence, SC for South Carolina's only USAT Splash and Dash, where young athletes ages 5-17 can test themselves in a multi-sport format combining a 150-yard swim with a 2-kilometer (1.2-mile) run. Athletes will enter the pool on a staggered schedule every 20 seconds, starting with the oldest age group (16-17) and working down so younger participants can observe and learn the race flow before completing two laps around the McLeod Health and Fitness Center. Be sure to complete the swimmer questionnaire to ensure proper race placement.
