# Love Yourself First - Masquerade 5K

Join us in Missouri City, TX for a meaningful 5K walk and run that shines a light on domestic violence while celebrating personal strength and healing. The "Masquerade" theme represents how survivors often hide their struggles, and this event creates a judgment-free space where people can remove those masks, find hope, and support one another. Together, we'll build community, spread awareness, and remind everyone that taking care of yourself is powerful—because when you stand up for yourself, you stand up for all those around you.
