Get ready for a fun kids triathlon returning to beautiful Coeur d'Alene! You can choose between two options: a Short course with a 100M swim, 3K bike, and 1K run, or a Long course featuring a 200M swim, 4.5K bike, and 2K run. The swimming portion takes place in the Spokane River where you can hug the shoreline, touch bottom if needed, and even use flotation devices for extra support.
