Just 30 miles west of Minneapolis, you'll find this triathlon at Lake Rebecca Park Reserve in Rockford, offering a pristine non-motorized lake for swimming, low-traffic county roads with generous shoulders for biking, and a shaded tree-lined run course. The venue is part of the Three Rivers Park District and features convenient parking near transition, plenty of space for spectators and families, and welcomes athletes of all abilities. Head out in July for a fantastic racing experience, but remember that headphones aren't allowed on any portion of the course for safety reasons.
