This race celebrates the memory of Jace Carrico, a young New Sharon resident who spent five years bravely fighting a brain tumor and was deeply devoted to his community. Every dollar raised goes directly to the North Mahaska Education Foundation, helping local students through classroom materials, field trips, technology, arts programs, and high school scholarships.
