Join parents and adults in Missoula for a free community fitness series held every other Wednesday from 4-6pm at Pineview Park, led by instructors Atty Moriarty and Shaun Radley. Throughout the summer, you'll explore a variety of activities including running and strength training, beginner roller skiing, roller ski hockey with basketball and soccer, ultimate frisbee, and roller ski adventures, with sessions kicking off July 1st. Donations are appreciated, but there's no charge to participate!
