Get ready to experience beautiful Iao Valley State Park on this scenic 5K and 10K route that starts at Church and Vineyard Streets, winds through Wailuku's Main Street, and finishes with a lovely rolling descent back to town. For everyone's safety, please leave your dogs and strollers at home. Registration opens May 11, 2026, and closes June 11 if you want to secure your race shirt size—grab your packet on Saturday, July 18 between noon and 4pm at The Parlay on Main Street, where you can also celebrate post-race at a special discount with your bib!
