Join the Here and Now Project's seventh annual 5K celebration at Rogers High School in Puyallup—or participate virtually from anywhere! This family-friendly event welcomes walkers, runners, and participants of all abilities, with all registrants receiving a race bib, sticker, and t-shirt (available in unisex, women's, and youth sizes, plus an optional long-sleeve option for $3). Your registration directly supports the paralysis community by funding outreach programs, support groups, recreational activities, and annual gatherings, and you can participate solo or gather your crew to form a team!
