Willmore Total Fitness is hosting their first-ever 5K in Rainbow City, Alabama, welcoming runners and walkers of all skill levels who are 12 and older—with all proceeds going to The James M. Barrie Center for Children, Etowah County's child advocacy center supporting abuse victims. You'll compete within gender and age divisions (12-18, 19-25, 26-35, 36+), with top finishers earning medals, the overall winner receiving a free month membership plus massage certificate, and each age group champion getting a free month membership.
